Standard Home Referral
For condos and smaller vacation homes. When your referral signs on and completes their first full month, $500 is credited to your owner account — automatically, no chasing required.
This tier fits:
- Condos and smaller vacation homes
- Properties with projected annual revenue under $40k
- Studio, 1BR, and 2BR units
- Inland or non-oceanfront properties
Premier Home Referral
For larger homes, oceanfront properties, and luxury rentals. If your referral brings a high-performing asset to Casago NSB, your reward reflects that. $1,000 credited to your account after their first full month.
This tier fits:

How do I know if my referral qualifies as Standard or Premier?
When you reach out to our Owner Success Team with a referral, we’ll assess the property type and projected revenue and let you know which tier applies before the process moves forward. If it’s close to the line, we’ll talk it through honestly. No surprises.
When exactly does my statement credit get applied?
Your statement credit is applied to your owner account after your referral completes their first full calendar month with Casago NSB. Our Owner Success Team tracks this automatically — you don’t need to follow up or submit anything.
Is there a limit to how many owners I can refer?
No limit. If you know three owners who would be a great fit for Casago NSB, refer all three. Each qualifying referral earns its own statement credit independently.
Does my referral have to be a New Smyrna Beach property?
Yes — the referral program applies to properties in our Southern Volusia County service area. If you’re not sure whether a property qualifies geographically, just reach out to the team and we’ll confirm quickly.
What if the owner I refer decides not to sign on?
No reward is issued until your referral completes their first full month with us. If the conversation doesn’t move forward, there’s nothing owed either way — and no awkwardness. Our Owner Success Team handles those conversations professionally and respectfully.
Does the new owner’s Welcome Gift affect my reward?
No. The $500 statement credit and complimentary deep clean for the new owner are separate from your referral reward. Both are honored independently. The new owner’s welcome gift is our way of reinforcing the standard they can expect — starting before their first guest ever arrives.
