Welcome to our adorable 2nd-floor unit, perfectly situated just a short walk from the vibrant Flagler Avenue, where you'll find a variety of fabulous dining options and unique shops. The pristine beach is only a 90-second walk away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. We provide all the beach essentials, including chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a cooler, ensuring you have everything you need for a perfect day by the ocean.
This cozy unit boasts a private side entrance and plenty of parking, making your stay hassle-free. Inside, you'll find a beautifully decorated space with all the comforts of home. Please note that the unit has lower ceilings, which may be a consideration for taller guests.

"Five Stars for everything! The apartment is a little beach gem with all the perfect beach-y touches. The location is great, the parking spot is a great amenity, and everything inside is beautiful and comfortable. The extra special touches, like sunscreen, snacks, and coffee, were very much appreciated. Just as the listing says, there are some lower ceilings, but all very easy to navigate around as a tall person. The communication was excellent, and I hope we can come back again soon!"

House Rules:
- No Children allowed that can not fully swim on their own - No Exceptions
- Dogs are welcome - there is a $50-$75 pet fee depending on the size of the dog. For any other pets please, contact the host first.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to -comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- Guests under 25 should contact Host prior to booking for approval
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Strict 10pm City Noise Ordinance. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No visitors are permitted to enter the pool area - this area is for registered guests only for liability reasons there are no exceptions to this.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Maximum Occupancy is 4 people and 2 vehicles. If you have more people or vehicles please contact me first - don't show up with additional people
