This beautiful oceanfront condo in the Oceania Beach Club condo complex offers stunning south and east shoreline views, perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the waves from your private balcony. It’s decked out with the absolute cutest décor, comfortable furnishings, modern appliances, and quality fixtures, plus the open layout provides a breezy and airy feeling that will have you feeling relaxed in this place instantly. You’ll leave this vacation feeling rejuvenated! One of the best perks is enjoying a little sun and a beverage from your private balcony. This is truly a beach paradise, but don’t just take our word for it, come see for yourself!

Here are the features of the 900 sq ft, fifth-floor condo:
- An exquisite SITTING AREA with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide direct access to the patio and lots of natural light to the space. The soothing space features a comfortable sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV with cable channels + Showtime, and a coffee table that creates a super comfortable place to rest and recharge between activities and fun trips to the beach.
- A PRIVATE OCEANFRONT BALCONY with a table and chairs for enjoying the sea breeze while eating, drinking, or just relaxing!
- A fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and fixtures, as well as all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need to prepare homemade meals at home if you choose. There’s a dishwasher for easy clean-ups, a coffee maker for morning perk-ups, and a blender for afternoon mixers.
- A small BREAKFAST BAR with 2 stools in the kitchen for keeping the cook company, a quick snack, or it can be used as a comfy place to work on your laptop if needed.
- A DINING TABLE that can comfortably seat 5 guests for sit-down meals at home.

The Neighborhood
The Oceania Beach Club is about 75 miles from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and 22 miles from Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) and is located in the Oceania Plaza Condo complex in New Smyrna. Here are some of the most visited/famous places in the area:

Other Things To Note
There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Please use the designated smoking area at the property if you must smoke. Also, the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- All guests MUST have a valid parking pass displayed and visible at ALL TIMES to prevent your car from being towed. Only ONE overnight pass is allowed per condo. We have no control over towing.
- Golf Cart Parking – Golf carts cannot be parked in a parking spot even if that is your only vehicle. Please park in the grassy lot across Buenos Aires.
- Front Desk Hours 9AM - 6PM Sunday-Thursday, 9AM - 9PM Friday & Saturday.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must adhere to the building and pool rules as well.

I loved everything about the property. My only request is directions on how to use the TV in the main living area. Very difficult for non tech people to find stations

It’s walkable to nearly all the restaurants and bars in the area and directly on the beach. The staff were super helpful throughout the process and it was amazing to have people at the front desk for help if we needed it. We spent time in the pool (which is right by the beach) everyday. The view from the deck is perfect for your morning coffee or watching the storms roll in each evening. Everything you need for a lovely beach stay.

This condo is perfectly located in New Smyrna Beach. It’s walkable to nearly all the restaurants and bars in the area and directly on the beach. The staff were super helpful throughout the process and it was amazing to have people at the front desk for help if we needed it. We spent time in the pool (which is right by the beach) everyday. The view from the deck is perfect for your morning coffee or watching the storms roll in each evening. Everything you need for a lovely beach stay.
