Oceania 508. This recently updated Oceania Beach Club condo will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of your vacation! With a cool color palette, beachy décor, premium finishings, and super-comfortable furnishings. You’ll leave this vacation feeling rejuvenated. The open-concept floor plan gives you plenty of space to move around, and you'll be mesmerized by the stunning ocean view. Wake up each morning to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore and enjoy a cup of coffee and "a moment." Your family will love spending time at the beach and pool, and you'll appreciate the expansive lawn with picnic tables for a sunny outdoor lunch, not to mention the game room outfitted with a pool table and arcade games. Here are the features of the 900 sq ft, fifth floor Oceanview condo:
- An exquisite SITTING AREA with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide direct access to the patio and lots of natural...light to the space. The soothing space features a comfortable sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV with cable channels + Showtime, and a coffee table that create a super comfortable place to rest and recharge between activities and fun trips to the beach.
- A fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and fixtures, as well as all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need to prepare homemade meals at home if you choose. There’s a dishwasher for easy clean-ups, a coffee maker for morning perk-ups, and a blender for afternoon mixers.
- A BREAKFAST BAR with 2 tall chairs where you can sit down while doing meal prep and it can also be used as a place to work on your laptop if needed.
- A beautiful wood DINING TABLE that can comfortably seat 4 guests for sit-down meals at home with good conversation.
- A PRIVATE OCEANVIEW BALCONY for enjoying the sea breeze, eating, drinking or just relaxing!
- 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate up to 6 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: King bed, flat screen TV, ensuite full bath, and direct access to the patio
BEDROOM 2: 2 Twin beds, flat screen TV, and ensuite full bath
COMMON AREA: Pull-out queen sofa bed

There's a GAME ROOM on the main floor common area that you have access to with a pool table, some arcade games, and there's a SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM in the building on the ground floor that you can use for a fee.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo. Plus, access to the common areas and amenities at the Oceania Beach Club condo complex.

The Neighborhood
The Oceania Beach Club is about 75 miles from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and 22 miles from Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) and is located in the Oceania Plaza Condo complex in New Smyrna. Here are some of the most visited/famous places in the area:

Other Things To Note
There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Please use the designated smoking area at the property if you must smoke. Also, the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- All guests MUST have a valid parking pass displayed and visible at ALL TIMES to prevent your car from being towed. Only ONE overnight pass is allowed per condo. We have no control over towing.
- Golf Cart Parking – Golf carts cannot be parked in a parking spot even if that is your only vehicle. Please park in the grassy lot across Buenos Aires.
- Front Desk Hours 9AM - 6PM Sunday-Thursday, 9AM - 9PM Friday & Saturday.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must adhere to the building and pool rules as well.

My Favorite Place!

My favorite place to stay when I come to NSB. The unit is so simple, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The view on the side gives you both the ocean and sunset. Highly recommend!

What a relaxing visit! The place was extremely clean and updated nicely. with comfortable beds. We enjoyed how relaxed the area was and convenient it was to access the beach. Loved that we could listen to the waves and sometimes music from the restaurant next door. We didn’t have a problem with towing as we just displayed our parking tag.
