Wonderful Location and Beautiful Condo!

Our entire family loved the location on the non-driving section of beach. The driveway from the road makes you truly feel like you are getting away from it all. Then you open the front door to see directly through the unit and out to the surf. It was all incredible! Everyone spent a lot of time on the deck. Feels like you are on the beach without lugging beach chairs and umbrellas. The unit is well appointed and beautifully decorated. Other than groceries we did not need a thing. Already looking into next year!

We enjoyed everything, very relaxing! The home is beautiful and well stocked for all your needs! Perfect location on the no drive part of the beach. It is perfect for a family or group of friends. We enjoyed the deck and wonderful furnishings outdoors.

Perfect Paradise!

What a beautiful slice of paradise on the quiet end of the beach! We have vacationed on New Smyrna Beach numerous times in this group of homes, and have loved it each time, but this home is definitely the best! It has everything you could possibly need. The entire place is decorated beautifully in a beach theme, like a beach house should be! The master shower is wonderful. Our 12yr old grandson claimed it as his own, so we would have to wait our turn. There were six of us and plenty of room without running into each other, and the deck is wonderful. We loved the addition of the gas grill, that really worked, and we actually used it! We would love to stay here again, and would recommend this home to everyone.

Nicest house on the beach front row. Direct access to the beach just cannot be beat. House is nicely renovated and stocked with all the necessary supplies so we are not lacking anything. Would definitely want to return again.

Perfect getaway

We stayed here for 5 days/4 nights and had an incredible experience. The location was pristine and the home itself was beautiful - renovated, clean and well stocked! An abundance of linens including towels and sheets were available. Beds were comfortable, deck and furniture was amazing as was the view! There are beach chairs available and we left a beach umbrella for the next group! Of note, the stairs from the deck down to the beach, are currently under construction and not usable. If you have young kids, be prepared to put a chair in front of that area, so that the children do not inadvertently walk/fall down there. The beach access wanvarely compromised - there is a path right next to the home instead.

This beachfront vacation home has it all! The amenities are great, plenty of space for our family to spend quality time together at the beach. Outdoor deck has all you need to relax, BBQ or sunbath. Shared pool was nice, too. They thought of everything - you just need to show up and enjoy!

Hard to beat

My goodness! I have been coming to NSB since 1977, but this was the most wonderful place I have ever stayed. Steps from the beach. Gorgeous interior. Fully loaded kitchen and quality outdoor grill. Huge deck with all the beach gear for adults and kiddos. Worth every penny.

Perfect beach vacation

This was our first family vacation with our toddler twin girls. It was the perfect spot for them to enjoy the beach and spend time with family. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Loved the house. Hope to return soon.
