We enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was extremely clean and the beds are comfy! The condo community included lots of amenities such as a heated pool, tons of walking trails, pickle ball courts, and a quick pathway to the beach. We loved the tree lined streets and the over all feel of the community! Great location with lots of restaurants nearby! We would definitely stay again!

We rented for the weekend to see the Bethune Cookman home game. We have a dog so it is always a little more complicated to find a stay. This was a perfect location - absolutely beautiful setting. Everyone in the complex was very friendly and definitely a dog lovers paradise! Thank you for giving us a memorable weekend. Accommodations were lovely and very clean. Easy access in and out. We will definitely be staying there again.

This condo was kept so nice and clean. The layout of the condo and its contents was outstanding. There was nothing that you needed. The host kept in contact with me regarding my stay and made sure that everything was in place. I only had a small problem with figuring out the remotes for the tv. Glenn from the local office was so kind and helpful and got my problem resolved promptly. I would recommend this condo for a wonderful stay. Close to the beach. The pool was so clean and beautiful. This was a wonderful booking. Thank you to all.

Short walk to beach access as house is close to entrance of community, the access is just across A1A. Short drive to 27th Street beach access and Flagler Ave. In a quiet area of NSB. House has all dishware, towels and extra sheets, plus tennis stuff to use on courts and some beach toys for the kiddos.

Hidden Gem in NSB

While Buddys Place is a little older and could use an update, it is in a perfect location and has everything you might need for an enjoyable stay. The Sea Woods community is wonderful for walking, is directly across the street from beach access, and we love the pool. Cannot wait to come back!

Little getaway

The house very clean. We took our 2 small dogs, not much backyard. We walk the dogs around the area. They do not allow dogs at beach we were a little disappointed. The grill did not have gas but all in all it was great. The house is dated but everything worked fine. Short walk to beach. Very quite, nice.

My kids, the dog and I enjoyed our stay there. So close to the beach, the pool was always empty which work out perfectly with social distancing. Lot of trails with shade to go running with my dog. The house very comfortable even though sometimes the AC will go off, we enjoy watching movies or just relaxing in the living room. We brought a crate for our dog to leave her there when we went to the beach. She slept there all the time. We were able to BBQ one day and was thankful the grill have enough gas. Overall, very comfortable place. The beach however does not have a lifeguard, so swim carefully. Since it is not a public beach, there is not so many people in there so you can keep your social distance. Perfect for a relax vacation.

Great place for our family

We LOVED our stay here! It perfectly accommodated the 5 of us for an extended weekend. There was plenty of space to move around but still be together. We came to visit my siblings. For a comparison, my sister stayed down the street in a one room, small kitchen, 1 bathroom, 4 person suite...while we had essentially a full living space for roughly the same price! I could not have asked for more! And the walk to the beach was so quick.. 5-8 minutes on a private path that went right to a crosswalk and then a bridge directly onto the beach. The only issues I had was making sure the children did not get too far ahead to the busy road and try to cross, they were so excited how close it was! That and the TV in the one bedroom we could not figure out how to work it.. Other than that, perfection! I went for runs in the morning, confident and secure that I was safe. My cousin went to the gym facility. The equipment was a little dated, but in perfectly good working condition and not crowded whatsoever. If I had one criticism, and this was only because we went during the Covid-19 concern and we did an extra thorough cleaning to ensure our safety. We found several touch points on the pocket doors, dishwasher handle and front door that could have used some extra attention. However, we were also being extremely vigilant and diligent in what we touched and where, so in doing our own wipe down we found some spots that most people would not normally notice. Otherwise, you could tell whomever cleaned they took their time and cleaned the place very well. The linen closet was well stocked with towels and pillows and this place was just very homey on the whole. Would definitely stay here again if available when we are visiting again!

Great location to enjoy all of New Smyrna Beach!

We had a wonderful 11 night stay here in February, and would definitely come back. The apartment has all amenities and is in close walking distance to a lovely beach. There is also a pool and tennis courts which we enjoyed very much. The area is quiet, safe and the neighbors were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. It is in close driving distance to Flagler Ave and Canal St, the main downtown areas of New Smyrna. Be sure to visit the Mon Delice bakery when you are there!

We slept well, it was nice and quiet. Well insulated. It was also nice that we had our own restrooms. We went out a couple of nights and came back to the Villa and played a game called Catan. We enjoyed our stay at your Villa.
