Pets are welcome with pre-approval. Additional fee required.
Property is 1.5 miles from Flagler Ave.
Bike and Golf Cart rentals available- must be reserved ahead of time.

- A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will need to climb stairs.

HOUSE RULES

No Children allowed that can not fully swim on their own - No Exceptions
Dogs are welcome - there is a $50-$75 pet fee depending on the size of the dog. For any other pets please, contact the host first.
No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
Guests under 25 should contact Host prior to booking for approval
No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Strict 10pm City Noise Ordinance. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
No visitors are permitted to enter the pool area - this area is for registered guests only for liability reasons there are no exceptions to this.
No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
Maximum Occupancy is 4 people and 2 vehicles. If you have more people or vehicles please contact me first - don't show up with additional people

This is the cleanest, most well stocked home we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect. The outdoor area was ideal. Highly recommend this place for your NSB stay!

Amazing House!

The house is located a "block" from the beach (you just have to cross a busy avenue). You can actually see the water from the balcony. The layout of the house worked perfectly for our family so we really enjoyed our stay with everyone having their own space but coming together for meals and pool time. We enjoyed our time in the house so much that we extended our stay! The house has all the ammenities and more! The house is walking distance to the beach, and very short drives to restaurants, grocery store etc. Thank you so much for being such fantastic hosts!

Me and my family loved the house, it was exactly as listed. We were sad to have to go due to the hurricane, but Carla was very accommodating and got back to me quickly every time. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Pool area and backyard perfect for relaxing!!

Very clean and comfortable- we felt right at home. Across street from quiet neighborhood shore and about 1.5 miles from Flagler Ave district. We brought our bikes and it was an easy 10 min ride for espresso or dinner. Pool area and backyard perfect for relaxing and cooling off when it was too hot in full sun.

Carla really goes above and beyond with everything. This was a beautiful home and was decorated beautifully. The back yard was like an oasis and there is everything you could possibly need at this house. Plenty of pool items, beach chairs and anything you can think go. Kitchen was well stocked and the house was immaculate. Carla is very responsive to any messages and truly wants you to have an unbelievable experience. There was not a single thing I would have changed in this home. All the amenities are top of the line and the beds were very comfortable. Surprisingly, the house is very quiet even though it is on a fairly busy street. This was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this location and Carla is the BEST!
