Welcome to our stunning luxury beach house, just a couple of minutes' walk to the beach and Flagler Avenue, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. This isn't your average beach bungalow; it's a beautifully decorated, professionally designed home featuring a gourmet kitchen and ample amenities for a perfect vacation.

Relax on the large private deck upstairs, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The pool area is a tropical oasis with plenty of outdoor seating options. Enjoy a swim in the saltwater pool or a soak in the hot tub, shared with our neighboring rental house.

Our home is ideally located close to Flagler Avenue and the beach, offering both convenience and tranquility. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Pet-Friendly & Thoughtfully Equipped
We welcome pets, making our home perfect for family vacations, including your furry friends. The property is thoughtfully equipped with extras like Q-tips, natural bug spray, and more to enhance your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:
- A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will need to climb stairs.

HOUSE RULES
- No children allowed that can not fully swim on their own - No Exceptions
- Dogs are welcome - there is a $50-$75 pet fee depending on the size of the dog. For any other pets please, contact the host first.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- Guests under 25 should contact Host prior to booking for approval
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Strict 10pm City Noise Ordinance. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No visitors are permitted to enter the pool area - this area is for registered guests only for liability reasons. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- We have parking for up to 3 vehicles - if you have more than 3 please contact host before arrival.
- Maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people - if you have a larger group contact me - we have multiple units available so we can combine them for larger groups! Please do not show up with extra guests (children count as guests). Any additional guests over 6 will be asked to leave and you may forfeit the remainder of your stay for the entire group.

Great Stay!

Our stay at 808 upstairs was great! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed! The porch was a great place to hang! Absolutely loved the pool and hot tub! The one downside was you do share the pool with the other house right there. There is a rental studio and their door is on the pool patio. We did use the pool daily and there weren't any issues! I would definitely recommend.

Cozy, Clean and Quiet!

After staying at this location I found myself saying I would love to have the same layout in a barndominium. The place was cozy, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to my favorite things to do in NSB. She has this place very stocked and very thoughtful regarding the amenities. I loved it here!

Bright and Newly Renovated Space!

Newly renovated, bright, open, nice furniture and everything you could possibly need in it. Short walk to beach and Flagler ave. Everything was very clean when we arrived including pool and jacuzzi. We were very pleased with this accommodation.

Third Stay!

My third stay at Carla's place and everything was great. Carla works hard to be sure that her guests have everything they need. We arrived a day late due to Hurricane Milton, but the property had already been cleaned and free of debris. Another great stay, we'll be back!
